Women’s Empowerment Sticker Book
This project is a collaboration with Passion Planner. The theme centered around women empowerment, growth, and inclusivity. Initially, deliverables included three 5x7” pages. Later, the project scope would expand to four 5x8” pages, resulting in 77 total stickers.
TIMELINE: 3 Weeks
TOOLS: Paper + Pen, Procreate
ROLE: Letterer, Illustrator
Final Product
This is 30-page Sticker Book product featuring artwork from 6 #PashFam female artists. Below are the 4 pages I designed. Head over Passion Planner’s website to order!

Design Process
Ideation
I’m an avid paper and pen user. I brainstormed my sticker ideas across 5 pages, coming up with 96 unique sketches. My inspiration came from photo references of flowers, type designs on different packaging, and plants I observed at coffee shops.
FEEDBACK
Passion Planner decided with 37 yes’ and 20 maybe’s. Moving forward with digital creation, they also suggested being mindfulness of:
Size variation
Negative and white space
Background colors to close in type designs
Textures and brushes
Draft 1
I digitally illustrated each sticker on Procreate while experimenting with the page layout and color palette given. The goal was to ensure ~20 designs per page.
FEEDBACK
At this point, their team hoped to expand the project scope. Responding positively to my designs, they introduced a new proposal to spread the designs across four 5x8” pages so that each one could shine — I agreed to the new terms. Additional suggestions included:
Fewer type designs per page
More small illustrations
Less uniformity, more dynamic page layouts
Flat colors only
Exploring additional palettes (provided)
Draft 2
I focused on the layout, spacing, and sizing across the 4 pages, adding rough sketches as placeholders. Pleased, Passion Planner then gave the green light to start finalizing each design. I was also given new color palettes (by Karen Alleluia, Lead Illustrator) to experiment with.
Draft 3
I redrew all the line work onto a 8x12.8” canvas to ensure the highest quality for print production. I also began playing with the new palettes. Not loving how palette 2 turned out, their team then suggested using only palettes 1 and 3.
Final Draft
Below are the final deliverables. 🌿
“Evellyn has been a dream to work with (as usual). She seriously went above and beyond. The talent and hard work really JUMPED out.”
Reflection
As an up-and-coming lettering artist, this project was challenging. It was my first contract work from an established brand and the process took much longer than I anticipated. I made a handful of mistakes during digital creation that costed my time. I worked harder, not smarter to meet my deadlines. Only along the way, did I slowly learn new techniques on Procreate that streamlined my workflow. The greatest takeaway was discovering my process from start to finish — one that I could replicate and refine with practice. This project also demonstrated my commitment to developing my craft and delivering exceptional client work.
I feel very grateful for the opportunity to create designs for a company I love. After 3 hard-working weeks, I’m pleased with how they turned out and thrilled to see them being used amongst the #PashFam.

Some helpful Procreate tips:
Separate your line work and colors on different layouts for easy color changes.
Page layout and resizing should be done first! Procreate can pixelate designs needing to be resized.
Drag and drop colors easily onto your desired object.
